Diana Morini

Riding instruction and Horse Yoga.
I was captivated by the beauty and strength of horses as a young child. Every free moment I had was spent at the stables or on the back of a horse. I enjoyed regular riding classes from an early age and as a teenager, I was given many opportunities to ride, lunge and care for private horses. After sampling the world of competitive show jumping, however, it became very clear to me what the true value of one's relationship with a horse really is. I wanted to spend happy hours in the forest, go for wild rides over meadows and fields, and experience magical moments working with horses on the ground and in hand. My relationship with my horse and mutual trust were always the most important elements for me. Thanks to my training in the Alexander Technique with Susan Frehner and the "Untertreten mit Folgen" (Impulsion with results) method, I was able to acquire further expertise, and I now want to combine this experience with my years of yoga practice. I have developed an individual programme for riders and horses that will assist you in building trust, a strong sense of well-being and flexibility while riding. I completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance UK Teacher Training course in India in October 2013. This knowledge is now being integrated into my classes.
